I was struggling with the communication and service I was seeing my clients experience as well as some miscommunication I was experiencing myself on the lending side. I reached out to Dan, he asked questions about what was and wasn’t working for me and we talked through several points. The next week, I was working with some friends and we were under a time crunch due to market demand. They were unable to get a call back or any info from their lender in the time frame that we needed and I was unable to reach the one I had been working with as well so I asked them to go online and apply with Dan. Within the hour, we had the pre approval we needed to submit the offer and both I and my clients had received phone calls from Dan to discuss moving forward. The client called me and said, “Man you weren’t kidding. He is amazing!” I currently have several other clients who have decided to proceed with Dan as well. I receive a weekly update on the process of the loans and I am in contact with Dan continually.
