I have been a MLO since March 2013. As a Mortgage Loan Originator, I work for at least two different customers. On one side, I have the buyer. This person is entrusting me with the responsibility to help guide them through one of the most important decisions of their lives. This is a task I do not take lightly. I work with them daily to help them through the process.
On the other side, I have a realtor who has entrusted their commission to my hands. I update these agents no less than weekly on the status of their customer. This is another very important task that I take very serious. It is only when I take care of BOTH that I can say my job is complete.
