Update from my original review from 2020….still 5 stars! Dan is the man! He helped me with my second home purchase, and the process was just as smooth as my first. I will continue to recommend him to everyone! I’ve known Dan for a long time, and I’m very happy that I chose him to help me finance my mortgage on my first home. He was very honest up front on how much I’d be spending throughout the whole process, and was able to explain anything I didn’t understand very simply. He and his team helped make buying my first home a great experience. Highly recommended!!

After having my mortgage get derailed by an online lender out of California who has they name on a stadium near LA, not mentioning any names, Dan and his crew got things back on track quickly and almost made the original closing date even though the other company wasted over 2 weeks of our contract time. The online lenders appraiser came back 100k, yes 100k short of the contract price on a 342,000 deal. Dan’s team used a local appraiser and the deal closed smoothly.
